TEXT ORDER: The Court having held a status conference on August 10, 2026; and consistent with the directives provided during the conference, by September 10, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a joint letter advising whether paper discovery has been completed. Additionally, the parties shall identify all witnesses to be deposed. The parties shall continue to engage in discovery. A deadline for completing depositions shall be set at the next status conference, which is scheduled for October 5, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. and will occur via Teams Video. TEXT ORDER: As discussed during the August 10, 2026 status conference, all fact discovery is complete and the expert report and expert deadlines set forth in the Sixh Amended Scheduling Order [D.E. 162] remain in place. The next telephone status conference will proceed on October 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. The Court will provide the dial-in number in advance of the conference. The parties will be prepared to discuss whether it would be advisable to hold another settlement conference prior to expert depositions and/or summary judgment motion practice.
