Wright, II: The Court, having considered the parties' Joint Stipulation for Dismissal Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby dismisses withoutprejudice the above-entitled action 350 . Except as provided otherwise in the parties' settlement agreement or in any stipulated judgment the Court may later enter, each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. The Court retains jurisdiction for the limited purposes of (1) entering a StipulatedJudgment, should entry of such a judgment later be requested; and (2) converting dismissal from without prejudice to with prejudice. The Court does not retain jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any disputes that may arise from the parties settlement agreement. The Court VACATES all dates and deadlines.
