ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all previously-filed motions related to Plaintiff's third amended complaint (see ECF Nos. 153 , 155 , 157 , 159 , 161 , 162 ) are STRICKEN without prejudice. Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to the third amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of this Order. To the extent Defendants respond by motion, Plaintiffs shall file any responses in opposition to those motions within twenty-one (21) days. Replies shall be due within fourteen (14) days thereafter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that to the extent Third-Party Plaintiff Cotter Corporation (N.S.L.) is required to file an answer, Cotter shall contemporaneously state its intent to renew, withdraw, or amend its third-party complaint (ECF No. 14 ). Should Cotter renew or amend its third-party complaint, responses to thereto shall be filed within thirty (30) days. To the extent any Third-Party Defendant responds by motion, any responses in opposition to those motions shall be due within thirty (30) days, and replies shall be due fifteen (15) days thereafter.
