Rule 26(a)(2) Expert Witness Disclosures and Reports Deadline for Plaintiff - on or before March 16, 2027 Deadline for Defendant - on or before May 17, 2027 These reports should not be filed in the Court record. 4. Expert Discovery - on or before August 17, 2027 5. Dispositive or Daubert Motions - on or before September 15, 2027 6. Rule 26(a)(3) Witness and Exhibit Lists: Final dates for submitting Rule 26(a)(3) witness and exhibit lists shall be no later than thirty (30) days before trial. Final dates to file objections under Rule 26(a)(3) shall be due no later than fourteen (14) days before trial. 7. Status Report - on or before February 26, 2027 (close of fact discovery) 8.Copies of Memoranda - A courtesy copy of briefs and memoranda in support of motions must be provided to Chambers within 48 hours of electronic filing; said courtesy copy should be in paper form or electronic format (Using Word) e-mailed to Judge Bunning's Chambers. 9.The Parties agree to increase the number of allowed depositions to 15 per side, excluding any requested expert depositions.
