EO: The Court reviewed 145 Plaintiffs Status Report, 146 Longs Drug Stores California LLC's Response to the Status Report, and 147 Plaintiffs' Reply to the Status Report.
The Court will hold a Status Conference to discuss the following motions: 125 Motion to Compel Discovery from Wellpartner, LLC, 126 Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discovery from Longs Drug Stores, and 127 Motion to Seal Document. At this Status Conference, the Court will also address the motions that are pending in In Re Application for Order Enforcing a Subpoena, MC 26-00318 SASP-WRP.
The Status Conference is set for 9/24/2026 at 9:00 AM before MAGISTRATE JUDGE WES REBER PORTER via Video Teleconference (VTC). The Court will provide details regarding VTC access prior to the conference date.
Counsel for the Consolidated Plaintiffs, Longs Drug Stores California LLC, and Wellpartner, LLC are required to attend this Status Conference. Counsel for Defendant Anne E. Lopez may, but is not required to, attend. Only two attorneys will be permitted to speak for each party, with one attorney designated as the "primary speaker" and the other attorney designated as the "secondary speaker." Attorneys who are not designated to speak may still appear at and observe the Status Conference.
No later than 3:00 p.m. HST on Wednesday, 9/23/2026, counsel shall email porter_orders@hid.uscourts.gov with the names of the primary and secondary attorneys who will speak on behalf of each party. Opposing counsel shall be copied on this email.
All counsel shall log into Zoom at least 10 minutes prior to the conference time.
