Order Directing Compliance
ENDORSED ORDER. Before the Court is a sua sponte review of the record. The Court advised the parties that the parties may freely and voluntarily consent to a United States Magistrate Judge to conduct all proceedings in this case, to include entry of Case Management Scheduling Order more conducive to parties' scheduling preferences. (Doc. 27). Both parties failed to file a proper AO85 by the deadline. (Doc. 30). So, the Court will enter a Standard Scheduling Order at this time. Going forward, the parties are free to consent to a United States Magistrate Judge. Of course, consent is entirely voluntary, and--without any adverse substantive consequence--a party for any reason can withhold consent and continue the action before the district judge.
