Case Management Plan
CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). Amended pleadings may not be filed and additional parties may not be joined except with leave of the Court. Any motion to amend or to join additional parties shall be filed no later than 10/30/2026. Fact Discovery due by 1/30/2027. All expert discovery, including reports, production of underlying documents, and depositions, shall be completed no later than 3/15/2027. Depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by 1/30/2027. This case is to be tried to a jury. Counsel for the parties have conferred and the present best estimate of the length of trial is 4 days. Telephone Conference set for 2/18/2027 at 10:00 AM before Judge Katherine Polk Failla.
