In response to the Court's June 25, 2026 Order (Doc. 282 ), the parties have filed a joint status report advising the Court that they have reached a settlement of the attorney's fees dispute in principle (Doc. 283 ). Accordingly, the clerk shall TERMINATE Plaintiff's motion for appellate attorney's fees (Doc. 281 ). Should the parties fail to consummate the resolution of the fees dispute or require additional assistance from the Court on this matter, Plaintiff may re-file his motion for fees.
