ORDER: The Court GRANTS his Motion (ECF No. 90 ) to allow Defendants to reschedule the depositions for a convenient day and time mutually agreed upon by the parties. The Court modifies the Scheduling Order (ECF No. 57 ) and amends the date for close of discovery from June 30, 2026 to July 17, 2026 to allow for such scheduling.
