   ORDER on Release of Funds by the Honorable Alan B. Johnson re 279 Stipulation and Motion. Consistent with the parties' stipulation, the Court hereby ORDERS that within 14 days of this Order, the DOL funds in the amount of $94,355.00 be disbursed in accordance with the following: Seventy percent (70%) of the DOL Funds, $66,048.50, together with 70% of accrued interest (if any), shall be released to Big-D Construction Corp; and, thirty percent (30%) of the DOL Funds, $28,306.50, together with 30% of accrued interest (if any), shall be released to counsel for DePatco Inc. It is further ORDERED that 255 Motion and the Court's 277 Order Determining Big-D's Entitlement to Funds are moot and hereby VACATED. It is further ORDERED that all parties to the stipulation shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees incurred in this matter. Finally, it is ORDERED that upon receipt of payment as set forth herein, Big-D and DePatco shall file and deliver a Partial Satisfaction of Judgment in the amount of the payment received to Rafter H.
