The sealed/redacted motion to compel is at ECF No. 283. The information sought to be sealed/redacted consists of sensitive confidential and proprietary information, the disclosure of which could jeopardize Kalshi's business interests. As a result, Plaintiff has shown good cause for its request. Kamakana v. City of Honololu, 447 F3d 1172 (9th Cir. 2006). The Clerk of Court is instructed to maintain ECF No. 283 under seal. The parties have until 8/12/26 to file a stipulation and proposed order of dismissal or a status report detailing when such a stipulation will be forthcoming.
