The Court held an Early Neutral Evaluation commencing at 9:00 a.m. and concluded at 11:50 a.m. on May 14, 2026. No settlement was reached. Thus, this matter will continue on the litigation track.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 14th day of May, 2026.

MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah on 4/27/2026. By Judicial Assistant: E. Santiago.
Before the Court is Defendant's Motion seeking permission for its insurance carrier representative to attend the Early Neutral Evaluation ("ENE") remotely due to travel restrictions. Defendant met and conferred on April 23, 2026 with Plaintiff's counsel, who expressed no objection to the request. ECF No. 21 .
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Leave to Appear Remotely at the Early Neutral Evaluation (ECF No. 21 ) is GRANTED; provided, however, that counsel for Defendant must bring to the ENE a computer with the necessary programming or application to allow counsel to connect remotely via zoom or other video conference platform with its insurance carrier representative for the entirety of the ENE. Failure to do so will be a violation of this Court's Order and may result in sanctions.
