MINUTE ENTRY & ORDER: A telephone conference was held before Judge Rachel P. Kovner on 7/24/2026. Maria Gabriela Garber appeared on behalf of plaintiff Christian Morocho Albarracin. Aleksandr Altshuler appeared on behalf of defendants FDS Bank, Citibank N.A., and Macys Inc. The Court set the following briefing schedule for defendants' motion to compel arbitration. Consistent with the Court's bundling rule, see Individual Rule IV.B.3, defendants shall serve, but not file, their motion by 8/24/2026. Plaintiff shall serve his response by 9/24/2026. Defendants may serve a reply, if any, by 10/8/2026, and on that date the parties shall file the complete, bundled motion papers in sequential order on ECF. Ordered by Judge Rachel P.
