Costco shall designate its Rule 30(b)(6) witness by 7/15/26; Plaintiff shall complete the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition by 8/15/26; disclosure of Plaintiff's experts by 9/15/26; disclosure of Costco's experts by 10/15/26; dispositive motions due by 11/15/26; expert discovery closes on 12/15/26. These are generous extensions and should provide ample time to complete discovery.
