ORDER made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C. Coughenour, United States District Judge: On April 23, 2026, the Court ordered Defendant to demonstrate this Court subject matter jurisdiction. (See Dkt. No. 8 .) Defendant fails to do so. Thus, the Court DIRECTS the clerk to REMAND this case to King County Superior Court. The Court DECLINES to award attorney fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). Based on this, Plaintiffs later motion to remand (Dkt. No. 13 ) is moot.Per LCR 3(i), case will be remanded on the 15th day following the date of this Order, on 5/19/2026. (CJS)
