Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER granting 24 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. In light of the parties' agreement, and for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the motion [Doc. 24]. The Court hereby ORDERS: 1. Plaintiffs shall disclosure their expert witness on or before October 5, 2026, Defendant shall disclose its expert witness on or before November 2, 2026, and expert rebuttal reports are due November 23, 2026. 2. Motions to amend or add parties shall be filed on or before October 26, 2026. 3. The parties shall complete discovery on or before December 14, 2026. 4. The parties shall file their mediation report [see Doc. 21 p. 2] on or before December 14, 2026. 5. The parties shall file motions to compel on or before December 21, 2026. 6. The parties shall file Daubert and dispositive motions on or before January 15, 2027. The other deadlines in the Scheduling Order [Doc. 21] remain in effect. The Court notes, however, that the parties' requested extension of the dispositive motion deadline to January 15, 2027, may jeopardize the current trial setting as the Court may not have sufficient to time to address such matters before the pretrial conference and trial.
