PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Objections to Magistrate Judge's September 11, 2026 Order (DE 93 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiff requests an additional fourteen (14) days to file its objections to the Magistrate Judge's September 11, 2026 Order on Motion for Entry of Preliminary Injunction. Upon review of the Motion and the record, and in light of the fact that the Motion is unopposed, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file its objections to Magistrate Judge Lett's September 11, 2026 Order on or before October 9, 2026.
