The Motion seeks to dismiss Plaintiff's Verified Complaint for Preliminary Injunction (DE 1 ). Upon review of the record, and in light of Magistrate Judge Lett's recommendation that Plaintiff's request for a preliminary injunction be denied (see DE 92 ), it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is DENIED AS MOOT without prejudice.
