MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of Relators' 536 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal as to certain defendants, the Government's 537 Notice of Consent, and the entire record in this matter, it is hereby ORDERED that Relators' claims against defendants Andrew Choi, Brian Choi, Leighton Forrester, Richard Katz, Laurence Kelley, Joseph Krepp, Louis Larca, Daisy Lazarous, Keith Lindgren, Tanveer Malik, Naga Pannala, and Michael Schwartz are dismissed with prejudice to Relators, with prejudice to the United States as to the Covered Conduct identified in the parties' July 7, 2026 settlement agreement, and otherwise without prejudice to the United States.
