TEXT ORDER: As discussed during the stenographically-recorded video Scheduling Conference held on 6/29/2026 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mitchell J. Katz, pretrial deadlines are reset as follows: All discovery is to be completed by October 30, 2026 (expert disclosures for the party who bears the burden of proof are due by September 15, 2026, responsive expert disclosures are due by October 15, 2026 and any rebuttal expert disclosures are due by October 30, 2026). Non-Dispositive Motions are to be filed on or before November 13, 2026, and Dispositive Motions are to be filed on or before January 15, 2027. Defendants are to file a Status Report by October 16, 2026, reporting on the status of discovery and advising as to whether or not the parties wish to engage in mediation.
