The parties have already had approximately seven months for fact discovery and it appears that all that has been accomplished is party document production, which may not even be complete. This is unacceptable. The Court will extend the deadline for all document discovery for 30 days, to October 22, 2026. This date will not be extended barring extraordinary circumstances that could not have been anticipated as of the elate of this letter. By October 26, 2026, the parties are to submit a joint status letter indicating whether they wish to proceed to mediation or begin depositions.
