Order on Motion for Reconsideration
ORDER denying 118 Motion for Reconsideration. The Court has received 118 the plaintiff's letter. In light of the plaintiff's pro se status, the Court construes the letter as another motion for reconsideration of 115 the Court's order denying his prior motion for reconsideration. As Judge Garaufis previously concluded, the plaintiff "fails to bring up any new basis for reconsideration," and the Court "finds no basis to disturb its previous findings that 1) the motion is untimely, and 2) the Second Circuit has already affirmed Judge Raggi's ruling in the action." (ECF Order dated Apr. 23, 2026.) Accordingly, the Court denies the motion. This case will remain closed. Ordered by Judge Ann M. Donnelly on 9/16/2026. (CES)
