OPINION & ORDER: For the above reasons, the Court grants petitioners motion to confirm the Award and denies Par Walls cross-motion to vacate it. The Court denies petitioners motion for attorneys fees, but grants their motions for costs, pre-judgme nt interest, and post-judgment interest. Within one week of this decision, petitioners shall file a declaration setting out the costs they incurred in connection with this action, attaching appropriate documentation. Within one week thereafter, Par Wall will file a letter stating whether it disputes any of petitioners claimed costs, and, if so, explain concretely which costs and on what basis. The Court will resolve any such disputes by separate order. Within one week of that order, petitioners shall submit a proposed judgment, consistent with the order as to costs and this decision.
