FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: The Court should deny as moot Dkt. Nos. 9 , 16 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 22 , 23 , 27 , 29 , 32 , & 59 ; deny Plaintiff Shakka Shaneak James's motion to appoint counsel [Dkt. No. 13 ]; and, unless James shows through timely objections a basis to further amend the complaint to allege a plausible claim, the Court should dismiss this lawsuit with prejudice under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
