TEXT ORDER granting oral motion of Defendant Wal-Mart Store East LP to deem subpoena duces tecum issued in name of "Concentra": With consent of Plaintiff as expressed on the record during the conference held on September 14, 2026, the Court hereby orders that the subpoena naming "Concentra Urgent Care" as the entity obliged to respond, previously issued by Defendant Wal-Mart, is hereby deemed amended to direct the subpoena to "Concentra".
