The deadline for Plaintiff to file an amended complaint is October 23, 2026. Any requests for extensions of deadlines or a stay pending a decision on the anticipated Rule 12 motions may be made by filing a brief letter on CM/ECF, with opposition letters due 5 business days later. The parties are encouraged to discuss settlement during the stay, and any party may send an ex parte email to Cowan_Wright_Chambers@mnd.uscourts.gov limited to settlement and request an ex parte conference with the Court regarding settlement.
