ORDER. It is therefore ORDERED that the above-styled cause is hereby STAYED as to Defendants Armadillo Distribution Enterprises, Inc. and Concordia Investment Partners, LLC,pending further Order of the Court. See GATX Aircraft Co. v. M/V Courtney Leigh, 768 F.2d 711, 716 (5th Cir. 1985). However, as discussed above, the automatic stay does not preclude the Court from ruling on Defendants' Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law, to Alter or Amend the Judgment, or for a New Trial (Dkt. 826 ).
