ORDER: Defendant's motion (Doc. No. 20 ) is GRANTED IN PART and plaintiff's motion (Doc. No. 21 ) is GRANTED and the case management deadlines are amended as follows: The deadline to serve written discovery requests is retroactively extended to June 18, 2026. The deadline to complete written discovery is retroactively extended to July 31, 2026. Plaintiff shall identify expert witnesses and disclose their reports by September 4, 2026. Defendants to disclose any expert witnesses and their reports by November 6, 2026. Expert witness depositions shall conclude by December 18, 2026.
