TEXT ORDER: Mr. Rineer has moved to compel arbitration of the claims against him. (Doc. 52 ). The Receiver shall respond to the motion to compel arbitration by September 30, 2026. Mr. Rineer may reply by October 15, 2026. The Court stays all other deadlines as to the claims against Mr. Rineer pending the Court's ruling on Mr. Rineer's motion to compel arbitration. The Receiver need not respond to Mr. Rineer's motion to dismiss at this time; the Court will set a new briefing schedule if the Court denies the motion to compel arbitration.
