Specifically, it is denied as to Counts I (alter ego) and III (Illinois Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act) and granted as to Count II (veil piercing). Plaintiffs' cross-motion for summary judgment 63 is denied. By 8/28/2026, the parties are directed to file a status report i ndicating: (1) whether the parties are mutually interested in a settlement conference before the Magistrate Judge; (2) whether the parties consent to proceeding with trial before the Magistrate Judge; (3) the anticipated number of days for trial; and (4) the expected number of witnesses.
