ORDER SCHEDULING TRIAL AND PRETRIAL CONFERENCE AND ESTABLISHING RELATED DEADLINES AND PROCEDURES re 55 NOTICE OF TELEPHONIC CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE. This case is set for a jury trial on October 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time in the United States Courthouse, Courtroom 4 North, Pensacola, Florida, before JUDGE T KENT WETHERELL II. Five days are reserved for trial. The pretrial conference will be held on September 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time in the United States Courthouse, Courtroom 4 North, Pensacola, Florida. This case is referred to the magistrate judge for a settlement conference to be completed by September 4, 2026 . The parties shall confer and contact Magistrate Judge Zachary C. Bolitho's chambers by July 22, 2026 , to schedule the conference. Notify the Court of a settlement by noon Central Time on Friday, October 2, 2026 . The attorney conference required by paragraph 5 shall be held no later than August 24, 2026. The pretrial stipulation and other papers required by paragraphs 6 and 7 shall be filed on or before September 14, 2026.
