ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE--Accordingly, Plaintiff must SHOW CAUSE why his complaint should not be STRICKEN for violation of Judge Rodriguez's pre-filing injunction. Plaintiff must make this showing by September 23, 2026. Plaintiff is admonished that he cannot make the required showing by defending a bill of exchange theory "or any similar legal theory that purports to obtain goods, property, or credit without paying any money." 2025 WL 2612738, at *4. He is further admonished that failure to respond to this Order will subject his case to dismissal for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with the orders of the Court pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
