Order to Show Cause
ORDERED Plaintiff show cause, on or before July 24, 2026, why it has failed to serve Defendant Johanning with summons and the complaint or file a return of service for Johanning. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the claims against Johanning without prejudice pursuant to Rule 4(m).
It is further ORDERED Plaintiff show cause, on or before July 24, 2026, why it has failed to seek default under Fed. R. Civ. P. 55 by following the process outlined in Local Rule 55.1 to obtain default judgment against Defendants. Failure to do so will result in an involuntary dismissal for failure to prosecute, which operates as an adjudication on the merits pursuant to Rule 41(b).
