TEXT ORDER denying 55 Plaintiff's letter-motion for reconsideration of the Court's Text Order of 04/12/2024 (Dkt. No. 54 ). Even when construed with the utmost of special leniency, Plaintiff's letter-motion has not shown any the three grounds upon which a district court may justifiably reconsider its previous ruling: (1) an intervening change in controlling law, (2) new evidence not able to have previously been discovered, or (3) a demonstrated need to correct a clear error of law or to prevent manifest injustice. The Court reaches this conclusion for each of the reasons stated in Defendants' opposition letter-briefs (Dkt. Nos. 56 , 57 ). To those reasons the Court adds only that, contrary to Plaintiff's argument that the Court failed to review the purportedly "fraudulent decisions" issued by the Third Department (Dkt. No. 55 ), the Court carefully reviewed the record in its entirety, and continues to stand by its adoption of each of the alternative reasons for the denial of Plaintiff"s "Expedited Motion for Injunction to Stay NY State Proceedings" which are stated in Defendants' responses thereto (Dkt.
