ENDORSED ORDER granting 38 Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Extend the Discovery Completion Deadlines and Expert Disclosure Deadlines to the following extent: defendant's expert disclosure is now due 10/26/2026; plaintiff's rebuttal expert disclosure is now due 11/25/2026; and discovery must be completed by 12/15/2026. Defendant acknowledged that the new discovery deadline will be beyond the 11/16/2026 deadline for filing dispositive and Daubert motions but did not seek to extend that deadline and the Court therefore leaves that deadline (and all subsequent deadlines and settings) in place, assuming either that the parties do not intend to file such motions or that they will do so notwithstanding that more discovery may be forthcoming after the motions have already been filed. The parties are advised that any subsequent request to extend the filing date for dispositive or Daubert motions will require extending the trial term to allow sufficient time for the Court to decide such motions.
