ORDER. On or before June 27, 2026, Ms. Ariel E. Mitchell shall file with the Court a Notice declaring that she has turned over all files related to her representation of Plaintiffs to Plaintiffs' new counsel, Mr. Behren. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the following: (a) The matter will be SET for a HEARING on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., before the undersigned in Courtroom 4B, at which time Ms. Ariel E. Mitchell shall SHOW CAUSE why she should not be held in civil contempt for failing to comply with 210 the Court's Order to Show Cause & 204 the Court's Order Granting Amendment; and (b) Ms. Mitchell SHALL appear in person at the Show Cause Hearing on June 30, 2026. Failure to appear in person will result in the initiation of criminal contempt proceedings without further notice. If Ms. Mitchell complies with the aforementioned deadline and turns over all files related to her representation of Plaintiffs to Mr. Behren, then the Show Cause Hearing set for June 30, 2026, will be cancelled.
