Stipulation and Order of Dismissal
STIPULATION AND ORDER OF SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff and the Government, that the Action shall be resolved on the following terms and conditions: 1. The Action is hereby dismissed with prejudice without interest, cost, expenses, disbursement, or fees to any party, except as specified in Paragraph 3 of this Stipulation and Order of Settlement and Dismissal (the "Stipulation"). As further set forth by this Order. 3, The Government will pay to Plaintiff the total sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($700,000.00) (the "Settlement Amount"). The Settlement Amount shall be in full settlement of any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action that Plaintiff now has or may hereafter acquire against the Government, arising from or related to the facts, events, and circumstances giving rise to the Action, and any claims incident thereto.
