ORDER GRANTING 53 Motion to permit the testimony of an out-of-state witness to be presented remotely at trial by either a live Zoom video or a recorded Zoom video deposition no later than August 1, 2026. It is further ORDERED that if Dolgencorp elects that the witness's testimony be presented by a recorded Zoom video deposition, the parties shall immediately meet and confer and agree upon a mutually convenient date and time for the deposition.
