ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Plaintiff Sandra Wiseman's Unopposed Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 19). The parties have resolved all disputes in this case. Doc. No. 19 at 1. Therefore, Plaintiff requests that the Court dismiss with prejudice all of her claims against Defendant Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company. Id. (emphasis added). Having carefully considered the same, the Court GRANTS the Motion and DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE all of Plaintiff Sandra Wiseman's claims against Defendant Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company. Attorneys' fees and costs shall be borne by the party incurring same.
