Notice to Counsel of Local Rule
NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. To prevent the content of a sealed item from appearing on the docket after the seal expires, a party or interested non-party must move for relief before the seal expires. (Signed by Deputy Clerk). Order Dismissing Case
ENDORSED ORDER dismissing the case with prejudice and without costs, pursuant to Local Rule 3.09(b) of the Middle District of Florida. The Court, having been advised by the 36 Notice of Settlement filed on January 7, 2026, that the case has been settled, dismisses the case subject to the right of any party, within sixty days from the date of this Order, to move the Court to enter a stipulated form of final order or judgment, or, on good cause shown, to reopen the case for further proceedings.
