Order on Letter Request
TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Defendant Onondaga County's letter request for a conference 214 , but will not schedule a conference until it has received letter briefing on the pending issues. The Court construes Plaintiff's 7/16/26 letter 209 as an application for permission to take the deposition of William Fitzpatrick, and directs that any response to that application and to Plaintiff's 7/16/26 letter be filed by 8/6/26. The noticed deposition will therefore not proceed on 8/4/26. After reviewing the letter briefing, the Court will determine whether a conference is necessary. The letter request 214 is therefore DENIED. SO ORDERED by Chief Judge Brenda K. Sannes on 7/27/2026. (nmk)
