ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: AND NOW, this 24th day of June, 2026, upon consideration of the Joint Motion for Entry of Stipulation and Order of Dismissal with Prejudice filed by all of the parties who have entered and an appearance in the above-captioned case and who have not previously been dismissed, as identified in the Joint Motion (the "Parties"), ECF No. 218 , it is ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. it is FURTHER ORDERED 1. Any and all claims asserted in the above-entitled action by and among the Parties are dismissed WITH PREJUDICE, subject to the Parties' respective rights and obligations set forth in their Confidential Settlement Agreement between the Parties, and with each party bearing its own costs; and 2. This dismissal will have no preclusive effects on any matters not resolved by the Parties' Confidential Settlement Agreement; and 3. This Court retains jurisdiction over the Parties and the subject matter for the purpose of enforcing their Confidential Settlement Agreement and the Qualified Settlement Fund.
