Defendants' various Motions to Dismiss (Dkts. # 54, 65, 67, & 73) are DENIED AS MOOT and WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The August 14, 2026, August 28, 2026, and September 11, 2026 hearings are all VACATED. If Defendants intend on filing renewed motions to dismissPlaintiffs Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. # 80), Defendants SHALL file one, omnibus motion to dismiss that is no longer than thirty-five (35) pages, excluding the Notice of Motion, Table of Contents and Table of Authorities. Plaintiffs Opposition brief, if any, SHALL be one, omnibus Opposition brief that is no longer than thirty-five (35) pages. Defendants' Reply brief, if any, SHALL be one, omnibus Reply that is no longer than twenty (20) pages. Unless and until Defendants stipulate to Plaintiffs meet-and-confer request,or file a Notice of Non-Opposition to the request, the Court further ORDERS the parties to meet and confer according to the strictures of C.D.
