THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Defendant's Motion to Withdraw the Standing Order of Reference to Conduct a Jury Trial on the Complaint (the "Motion"), which was filed on March 12, 2026. ECF No. 1 . As a summary of the relief sought, the Motion states that "Defendant seeks a jury trial on all issues so triable." Id. Following the filing of the Motion, on May 26, 2026, summary judgment was granted in favor of the Trustee and a final judgment was entered in the Trustee's favor in the underlying adversary proceedings. See Adv. Pro. No. 25-01054, at ECF Nos. 80 , 81 . As such, the relief sought in the Motion has been rendered moot.
