Mr. Buzzini described his recent contacts with Defendants. On September 6, 2026, Mr. Deutsch informed Mr. Buzzini that he had retained new counsel who intended to oppose Mr. Buzzini's 46 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. On September 10, 2026, Mr. Buzzini spoke with Ms. Benmassaoudi via WhatsApp and confirmed an email address where she could be reached. Ms. Benmassaoudi did not state whether she will be represented by Mr. Deutsch's new counsel.
Defendants Zev D. Deutsch, Yasmina Benmassaoudi, and The Moroccan Deal Inc. are ordered to show cause in writing by October 5, 2026 why Mr. Buzzini's 46 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney should not be granted.
