TEXT ONLY ENTER ORDER: Per the Court's prior order [Doc. No. 14], Plaintiff has 21 days to respond to Defendant JP Morgan Chase's Motion to Dismiss, from the date of the Court's order determining whether it has subject matter jurisdiction, which was filed today. The Court requires the parties to confer through counsel to determine if they can resolve the issues in the Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 7] without use of limited judicial resources. If the parties reach an agreement, they shall advise the Court. Otherwise, Plaintiff shall include a certificate of conference in its response indicating it complied with the Court's order to confer. Failure to comply will result in the Court striking Plaintiff's response. Entered at the direction of Judge Jodi W. Dishman on 7/27/2026. (cd)
