PAPERLESS OMNIBUS ORDER. First, the Defendant’s 7 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time is GRANTED. The Defendant shall respond to the Plaintiff’s Complaint [ECF No. 1] by September 30, 2026. Second, while the Defendant’s motion states that “[t]he Summons and Complaint [were] served on or about August 26, 2026,” see Motion for Extension of Time [ECF No. 7] at 1, as of this writing, the Plaintiff has not filed proof of service, see generally Docket. Accordingly, we hereby ORDER the Plaintiff to file proof of service on the docket by September 18, 2026. Failure to comply with this Order may result sanctions, including the dismissal of this case without further notice.
