FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION - IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED to the Honorable Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., United States District Judge, that: Plaintiff's Motion for Order to Reverse and Remand the Commissioner's Decision be denied. (Filing No. 22 ). The Commissioner's Motion to Affirm the Commissioner's Decision be granted. (Filing No. 26 ). A party may object to a magistrate judge's findings and recommendation by filing an objection within fourteen (14) days after being served with a copy of the findings and recommendation. NECivR 72.2.
