Olshen is GRANTED IN PART to the extent that Dr. Olshen shall not be permitted to testify or otherwise offer an opinion concerning the reasonableness of the charges for Plaintiff's past medical and health care treatment, or the projected reasonableness, necessity, or cost of Plaintiff's future medical and health care treatment. This Order is limited in scope to the issues specifically presented in Defendant's motion. In the event counsel have further disputes over the scope of Dr. Olshen's expert opinions or those of any other expert witness, they will first meet and confer to attempt to reach agreement on such issues before filing a motion with the Court.
