ORDER: The Court previously ordered the parties to meet and confer and file a joint letter indicating whether they consent to (i) a bench trial before the undersigned or (ii) the magistrate judge's jurisdiction under Fed. R. Civ. P. 73, for all purposes including the trial of this matter. See April 10, 2026, Text Order. Nothing in that Order precludes a jury trial before the undersigned. The point of the Order was to accommodate the parties and give them options for expediting trial and/or making their trial more efficient.
