Order on Motion for Pre Motion Conference
ORDER. Based on the parties' submissions [ECF Nos. 38-41], the Court grants Defendants' 38 Motion for Pre Motion Conference. A Pre Motion Hearing is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM before Chief Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon via ZoomGov. The parties should be prepared to discuss Defendants' anticipated motion for leave to amend their Answer. Counsel are on notice that the Court may consider the filing at ECF Nos. 38, 39, 40, and 41 to be the fully briefed motion and may rule on these submissions without further briefing. Counsel are encouraged to discuss whether they can agree on the proposed amendments in light of the relatively lenient standard applicable to amendments, especially as discovery remains open as recently discussed with counsel during a court conference.
