PAPERLESS ORDER setting filing deadlines. The Court is in receipt of the Joint Notice of Settlement 61 , which indicates that Plaintiff has settled with Defendants Autostar Transport and Essentia Insurance. Following the tentative resolution of the claims against those Defendants, the parties are instructed as follows. On or before September 10, 2026, Plaintiff shall either (1) file a Motion for Default Judgment as to defaulted Defendant Shield Freight LLC, pursuant to the Clerk's Default entered on May 26, 2026 35 ; or (2) file a notice of voluntary dismissal as to Defendant Shield Freight LLC under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Additionally, on or before October 8, 2026, Plaintiff and Defendants AutoStar Transport and Essentia Insurance shall file a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, signed by all parties who have appeared in this matter.
